Joseph

Joseph Lee

CEO / Founder

Joseph grew up locally and spent most of his life in the Pasadena area, where he attended the University of Southern California and graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration: Real Estate Finance.  Joe took time after graduating to give back to the community and taught ceramics at a local high school.  His passion for the arts and education lead him to receive his Master's in Education from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Master's in Fine Arts from Hong-Ik University in Seoul, Korea.  

 

Joe now looks to his education and experience as an educator to provide a valuable experience for his clients. He takes the time to understand not only his clients’ real estate requirements, but the overall vision that they have for their business and overall lifestyle.

Jane

Jane Tran

Commercial Sales/Leases

​Jane is a local Angeleno, born and raised in the Greater San Gabriel Valley area.  She attended San Gabriel High School and The Fashion Institute of Merchandising.  Jane spent time in the banking industry serving and performing financial education for over 12 years.

 

Jane takes her experience that she gained from her experience in the finance sector and has transferred  those skills into real estate by helping and educating her clients with their real estate endeavors.  

Hannah

Hanna Yong-Ock Hwang

Residential Specialist

Hannah was born in South Korea and came to the United States to earn her Master's of Science in Computer Science and Education at Xavier University.  Her earlier work experiences include education (computer programming) and managing and operating her own restaurant.  Hannah has been living in Los Angeles for over twenty-five years.  With more than ten years of experience in new condominium development, multi-family, and short sales, Hannah’s extensive career allows her to confidently navigate her clients in selling and buying homes for both residential and investment purposes.  She takes pride in working efficiently to meet her client’s needs.
